Life Coaching can be very effective in helping you understand the methods of successful goal choices, goal setting, implementation and monitoring or updating.
The goals may be life-changing or life-improving events, such as giving up smoking or excess alcohol/other drug consumption; managing stressful relationships or coping with family difficulties
Equally, your goals may involve changing your job; seeking promotion; dealing with threatened or actual redundancy or improving relationships with your line manager, team members or external organisations.
I will offer and explain a number of techniques and identify core problems that you may have that hold you back from achieving your potential or coping with stresses. As with all other aspects of psychological life coaching, a strong relationship between client and coach is essential – We will establish this early in our work together
Lastly, I will be pleased to help you monitor and/or modify progress from time to time over a longer period.
