Ian Johnson has been incredibly helpful in helping me deal with my anxiety issues. He provided a calm and quiet environment to talk, and his manner was warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. He has helped me identify what has been going wrong that led to me feeling this way, and more importantly, provided me with the tools to continue working through my issues past our sessions. I have found my time with Ian extremely valuable and am so grateful for the help he has given me. I would highly recommend him as a therapist to anybody.
