Ian Johnson has been incredibly helpful in helping me deal with my anxiety issues. He provided a calm and quiet environment to talk, and his manner was warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. He has helped me identify what has been going wrong that led to me feeling this way, and more importantly, provided me with the tools to continue working through my issues past our sessions. I have found my time with Ian extremely valuable and am so grateful for the help he has given me. I would highly recommend him as a therapist to anybody.

…………after last night’s episode seeing a spider just above the bed. Instead of running out the room as usual, I acknowledged it and carried on getting ready for bed. I then went and got a glass and tried to remove it. It was a small-medium sized house spider (my nemesis)! And the fact I felt no fear, could be near it, yet alone get rid of it is testament to your therapy!

So thanks a lot Ian! You really have helped in only 3 sessions. Would highly recommend!

Ian is a very professional and skilful therapist. He takes the time to fully talk to patients about their needs and goals and structures his work to achieve those aims. He explains the procedures and what they will accomplish and I found that within a few sessions he was able to identify the source of issues and provide a clear structure for dealing with them. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone.
