The aims of life coaching and clinical hypnotherapy are to help you set and achieve your goals, overcome difficulties such as low confidence, low self esteem, phobias and obsessions, take control of anxiety, stress or lack of motivation so that you can make positive changes in your life. This can be of great benefit in improving life’s challenges, changes at work, in relationships, in managing some chronic conditions and in emotional outlook or personal difficulties.
Hypnotherapy is particularly helpful in relieving stress, helping relaxation, overcoming anxieties, obsessions or phobias, and stopping harmful habits – including . smoking. Additionally, it is recognised by NICE as a very effective therapy in the management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and of migraine.
I specialise in confidence building, setting and achieving goals and problem solving including stress, anxiety and phobias through cognitive behavioural coaching, solution focussed learning and hypnotherapy. These aims are achieved by developing a close understanding and relationship with my clients so that, together, we can work through problems, identify changes and put them into place. I can also offer counselling to help in some circumstances
